Prayers For A Dear Friend

I am so excited for my friend Andrea. She and I spent three weeks together in zambia and were instant buddies. We went through Hell and back together for three weeks. In a short period of time we saw each other at our bests and worsts. I feel closer to Andrea then some of my friends I have known for twenty years or more. When no one else understood what I was feeling and going through, I knew I could talk to her because she did. She has lost two children over the past three years due to failed adoptions. In Guatemala and Zambia.

Well today my friends, she is on her way to Ethiopia to pick up the newest family members. A four year old little girl and a four year old little boy. And they are just about the cutest things I have ever seen. Please keep her and her family in your prayers. I pray that she has a joyous meeting with her children and that the Lord blesses them with closeness and love over the next two weeks they will spend together bonding before flying home.

And now it's official, I am the only one left from the Zambia families that haven't completed an adoption. Boo Hoo! I know it is all in God's Timing though.
